Kerrick handled a difficult water remediation at our house. We have been exceedingly pleased with his work. He is personable, smart, experienced, and industrious. He inspires confidence, which is important when homeowners are facing a serious problem that arose without warning. He is dedicated to his job and takes great care and pride in his work.

Great initial response and consistently great throughout. We had water damage from a faulty toilet at 2 a.m. and they responded within an hour. Shut off the water and helped find the source of the issue, then came back in the morning to place additional equipment to start drying things. They quickly helped us confirm the insurance claim then tore out all the damaged stuff (which was a lot in like half the house). Reconstruction also went quickly leaving my house just like their catchphrase says. Overall great work and made a terrible event far less stressful.

My son overflowed the toilet and tried to fix it by continuously flushing. The water and grossness ended up seeping through the ceiling below which is above my kitchen. It was so gross and I didn't know what to do since it was in my ceiling. I called SERVPRO of McLean and they were at my house within an hour. They charge me a decent rate and were able to clean up the leak while also opening up my ceiling so that their drying equipment could take care of the wetness above. They gave me in depth instructions on how to patch the ceiling once the work was completed since my husband wanted to do it himself. No pressure, no drama, just professional work and helpful direction. I will definitely call them again if, god forbid, something like this happens again.

I had a flooded basement, called SERVPRO of McLean. They answered all my questions very polite and professionally. I contracted with them to do clean up, they did a great professional job in a very timely manner. I was very satisfied with their work and my very reasonable bill. I highly recommend them.
